Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Auto Services, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at accounts@primecars.co.za with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. Reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and the return address.
